Bonus points campaigns overview

Learn how to run limited-time promotions that multiply points on orders.

Written by Kashish Ahuja

Our bonus points campaigns let you offer customers increased points (e.g. 2x, 3x points) on their orders during a limited-time promotion. Campaigns create urgency and encourage customers to shop during specific periods — perfect for flash sales, holidays, or seasonal events.

Feature availability:

✅ Bonus campaigns are available in the Loyalty tab under the Bonus Campaigns section.

How bonus campaigns work

When a campaign is active:

  • Customers earn multiplied points on their orders (e.g. 2x = double points)

  • The multiplier applies only to order-earning rules (not signup, reviews, etc.)

  • VIP tier multipliers and bonus campaign multipliers stack (e.g. 1.5x VIP × 2x campaign = 3x total)

  • Only one campaign can be active at a time

Key rules

  • One active campaign — Only one campaign can run at a time

  • Maximum length — Campaigns are typically limited to 31 days (create multiple for longer promotions)

  • Order-only — Bonus points apply to orders, not other earning actions

  • Stacking — Bonus multipliers stack with VIP tier multipliers

Campaign types

Run once between specific start and end dates. Good for:

  • Holiday sales

  • Product launches

Recurring campaign

Automatically repeat on a schedule. Good for:

  • Weekly double-points days (e.g. every Tuesday)

  • Monthly promotions (e.g. first weekend of each month)

  • Specific weekdays (e.g. every Friday)
