Common display options

Below are the main ways customers can see and interact with your loyalty program.

Launcher (floating widget)

A floating button or icon that opens the loyalty panel. Customers click it to view points, earn rules, and redeem rewards.

  • Location — Typically bottom-right or bottom-left of the store

  • Customizable — Colors, position, and behavior can often be adjusted

Loyalty panel

The main loyalty interface that opens when customers click the launcher. Shows:

  • Points balance

  • Ways to earn

  • Ways to redeem

  • Referral link (if enabled)

  • VIP tier status (if enabled)

Customer hub

A dedicated page where customers can view their points, activity, and redeem rewards. Often accessible from the account area or a custom link.

  • Tabs — Points balance, Earn rules, Redeem rules, Activity

  • Branding — Inherits store styling

Checkout points preview

Shows customers how many points they'll earn on their current order at checkout. Encourages completion by highlighting the reward.

Checkout redeem points

Lets customers redeem points for a discount directly at checkout. They can apply their points without leaving the checkout flow.

Product points block

Displays points earned for a specific product on the product page. Example: "Earn 50 points when you buy this."

Thank you page

Shows points earned on the order confirmation page after purchase. Reinforces the reward and encourages return visits.

Nudges

Optional prompts or messages that encourage specific actions (e.g. "Create an account to earn 100 points").

Points branding

Customize what you call your points (e.g. "Points", "Rewards", "Stars"). This appears throughout the widget, customer hub, and checkout.
